Lead From The Front brings a structured routine and shared responsibilities together. Participation currently focuses on ALE Athletics parents and volunteer coaches.
Workout clothing represents the program and the commitment participants make to lead by example.
A meal plan forms part of the program’s approach to supporting a consistent routine.
A workout routine gives participants structure for their fitness commitment.
Participants have vlog and social media responsibilities as part of sharing their work and representing the program.
THE LONGER-TERM VISION
As funding and capacity grow, ALE hopes to create pathways for more individuals and institutions to pick up the mantle and Lead From The Front.
Grant and donor support could help ALE introduce funded partnerships for individuals committed to participating, being accountable, and representing the program.
ALE hopes to develop custom versions of the program for institutions, potentially supported by high school booster clubs, college alumni, and other donors.
These pathways are a development goal. Broader enrollment and institutional program launches have not been announced.

The workout gear is the uniform for Lead From The Front. Another Level Apparel is a separate line of everyday T-shirt designs.
